I bought an iFly experience for my 5 year old daughter for Xmas; while she had fun getting dressed up, she immediately said: “I don’t want to fly like a bird any more!” after her first flight.
The main attraction at this place was “the customer service experience,” it was beyond incredible; like, every single employee worked hard to create an uplifting post flight experience for my daughter and someone even told us to come back on their dime whenever my daughter decided to take her second flight.
I suppose that says something about our world since it’s hard to imagine another time when we’ve experienced this level of hospitality.
Perhaps it was when our Delta Airline pilot invited our 4 year old into the cockpit and then she got her first set of wings!
We had a great time! Our flying instructor was Troy. He was high-energy and fun. We attended with a group of kids for a field trip. Grace (she was great, too!) lead a STEM class for us. Everyone we met from iFly was very friendly and seemed to love their job! I am sure we will be back. Thanks for the experience!
This place is amazing! From the phone center rep who answered my questions and made my reservation to the person who checked us in to our instructor Paul and the GM Aaron, EVERYONE treated us so wonderfully! While waiting to begin, Aaron the GM came over and introduced himself to me and my companion, chatting with us for 5-10 minutes. Paul our instructor gave thorough instructions about what to expect and what to do during our flights. Paul was enthusiastic and friendly as he guided the entire group of flyers and made the experience exciting and fun. After the flight, he took time to advise me on how to improve my form so that my future flights will be even easier and more fun. We cannot wait to experience this again! Highly recommend!!!
These people are incredible that work here! They make it so much fun, and so educational because we went with some homeschool people. I would highly highly recommend them.
This was a awesome experience. Meagan was the best!! She made it calming and fun. I forgot how nervous i was. I went on my birthday and cant believe I waited 55 years to do this!! I highly recommend this experience. The price is totally worth the experience
What an absolutely fun activity for the entire family!
This is something o had always wanted to do and I wish I would have done it earlier.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They break you up into groups based on your reservation time and provide training. Anyone can do this. We had several kids, a couple of parents and a teenager in a wheelchair (they carried him out of his wheelchair and he loved the experience).
For first timers you are always with an instructor inside the wind tunnel.

Flying is super fun! The knowledgeable and friendly staff are super helpful. I felt safe and I knew my nephew was in good hands. They really made sure we had a good time.
